Promote Our Event
To promote our event that going to be organized in the 2-day Mini Bazaar, we decided to use several methods to promote our event in order to attract the attention of the students in UTAR.
First of all, we decided use the social website, Facebook to promote our event and product. Nowadays, Facebook is not a uncommon name for all of us, almost every one of us have a Facebook account. So, we had created a official page which is named by the club name, The Health Saviour Club. All of the event details can be found in our page. This would be effective to let more and more people in UTAR know our event.
Besides, we also decided to use the flyers as our another type of promotion. The main reason of using it is because flyer is very convenient to disseminate as it is small enough and easily kept by consumer. Furthermore, the cost for printing the flyer is quite cheap. But, we have to put effort and time in order to distribute our flyers to the UTAR students. We believed that our creative and innovative flyers would definitely capture the attention of the students.
Moreover, we also use poster to promote our event. We had designed a very creative and beautiful poster which will definitely catch the eyes of anyone who saw it. Although the price is a little bit higher, but it is more effective. By attaching the poster along the campus, we can catch the attention of students.
