Strategic vision, goals, and service objectives MMC is owned by physicians and is a for profit hospital that considers quality patient care to be the top key priority for the hospital’s success. The MMC physicians are motivated to provide the best care possible to their patients. If an employee at MMC has a career or training goal, they are required to ensure that it aligns with the organizational vision and mission.
