Art, photography, design ect., but creativity it is not only about all above. Creativity in business is not exception. (Penaluna and Penaluna, 2009) In fact, creativity is the ability to create and find new original ideas, deviating from the accepted thinking patterns to successfully solve the challenges in an unusual way. This is a vision of problems from a different angle and their solution in a unique way. I am asking myself how much did I know about business creativity before I started this particular module? The answer is almost nothing. While working on this module, I have learned what is business creativity, the role and importance of business creativity for development of business, how to provide solutions and solve the problems. I came across with a number of creativity tools and practical techniques which help to increase creativity, both individual and group. This module allowed me to use gained skills in practice, as an example Airnb’s case study. I analysed the business model of Airnb, built the Business model canvas, used De Bonos “Six Thinking Hats” for class presentations. Besides, Dr. Paul Reynolds provided the real-life examples of successful companies, which gave me the opportunity to understand business processes better as well as increase my knowledge in identifying business problems and finding solutions. The Gibbs’ Reflective CycleThe Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle was really helpful for me in writing this reflective essay. The model, showed how to take the best from experience, realize what and how to do better and how to apply gained knowledge in the future. The model consist of six stages:Description FeelingsEvaluation AnalysisConclusion Action PlanThe purpose of the Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle is to challenge, summarise, identify strengths and weaknesses and improvement. Furthermore, it gave me chance to think critically and reflect more in deep then before. Also, I have analysed what I went through during the business creativity module. I can say, that It was great experience, I expanded my knowledge and vision on things from different perspectives.

It is a vision of problems at a different angle and their solution in a unique way. In Dr. Paul lecture I learned that creativity can by learned and there are no special creative abilities, which is opposite to earlier theories of creativity. Creative thinking is a person’s ability to tackle non-standard tasks and find new, more effective ways to achieve their goals. (Gogatz, 2014) In addition, the concept of “Six Thinking Hats” E. de Bono was very handy for me, I learned how to be more productive, save time and reach decision quickly. In addition, I reviewed the four steps of creative process from generating ideas to their implementation, which lead to success. While working on this module I have learnt that creativity is to create new idea, while innovation is implementing this idea. Both are very important for entrepreneurship. By this topic I have learned how innovation process and creativity related, the importance of creativity in enterprise, also how to design business models by using creativity to generate ideas. I have developed my knowledge of opportunities to see the perspectives that lead to new products, services or new business models. Apart from this, I have improved my knowledge of business model which designed to provide a holistic description and analysis to generate income as a result of its activities. The business model is also considered as a series of relationships that are involved in creating value.
