In our world today they are many ways we have seen how justice work into our society, we as a society live by rules but we rules are in some ways meant to be broken. It is seen through many eyes around the world, many of the ways justice is portrayed in different ways because laws are different around the world. I have seen how justice is severed to those who decide to break the law and seen the worst when justice is not served fairly. Justice comes with its own rules it can uphold a fair sentence or see the nasty side of how people can portray the justice system.
Many can see justice a virtue that can be used to protect them from the ambiguity of criminal works. For example, in the Lacy Peterson case, justice was served when evidence was found that her husband had a motive for the cause of her death. Even though she was deceased, Scott Peterson is currently on death row for her death and their unborn child. In this case justice was served and the sentence seem to be in fair setting so no detail was left behind so people dont have to wonder if this case was treated equally to those who were involved. Laws that were created in the United States are based on the constitution and amendments that protect people even if they are at fault. Scott Peterson was at fault for the crimes against him yet under the laws of the United States he was still protected and had a fair trial to formally convict him of his actions. With this example, it shows how justice show fair sentence to those who face them. Laws are compromised for the fact that they treat the convict and the victim through the sentences that they must face.
