Iagos displays a cruel attitude toward Roderigo and Cassio. He uses them for his goals and plans. Up to now their death is more valuable then being alive. For example, when Cassio dies, Iagos plans cannot be revealed. On the other hand, if Roderigo dies Iago does not have to reimburse him for the jewels.
Othello comes to think Iago has kept his vow when he hears Cassio is crying; after that incident he believes that Iago has kept his promise
Lodovico and Gratianos presence provide man functions. First, they act as an “audience” for Iagos plan to shed off all suspicions. Second, when they enter the street at the cries for help “lets think unsafe…To come into a cry without more help” this suggests that there is still danger.
Iago stabs Roderigo to make sure that his scheme is not revealed.
Iago casts aside suspicion of his own part in the plot to kill Cassio by blaming the murder on Bianca “I do suspect this trash to be party in this injury”. He uses Bianca as a bait to pretend that an investigation
