My Learning
When I woke up this morning I didnāt want to study, I knew I had to do these exercises but was dreading doing it. I found myself sitting on Facebook procrastinating getting antsy about sitting in my bedroom and not doing something worth while.
I didnāt dream about anything the night before, or at least not that I can remember.
Over the first few hours of me being awake (I would say morning, but it was more like lunch time), all I could think about was finding a place to move, I have 2 weeks until Iām staying at Brodieās house, then 2 weeks after that I have to find somewhere to move. I have found an apartment that Iām going to look at in Edgecliffe that would be perfect, living with 2 others who work full time in Finance, just like me.
After arranging to meet with Milia (hopefully my new flatmate), I decided it was time for some food so I messaged Jared (previous roommate) to see if he wanted to go for Sushi.
After returning from a nutritious fulfilling trip to Sushi Bay, I decided it was time to get stuck into these studies. It started off with reading a small portion of āA Learning Companionā and a lot of āA Guide to Learning Independentlyā.
Overall tonight Iāve learned a fair amount of new information and cemented in some old stuff too. I now know that the process of writing is a good learning process and a great way to enhance your knowledge on a subject; that I need to go through the entire creative stage to get the base of my writing done and then move on to critique it.
Overall things to remember:
I have to write an entry after every time I study, listen to a lecture or do some reading.
I need to get some copies of past essays that received a good grade and ask the tutor what they did to get those marks and
