There are many things that the government offers to help small businesses that are in need of assistance. They offer grants to small businesses that have been opened for a while. They also offer loans to small companies that need the extra cash. They do offer help to the business people that are planning to start their small business. They offer free help in planning how to start or improve your business and in securing low interest Small Business Administration (SBA)-backed small business loans. There are also many states that offer small business grants to individuals.
I definitely think that the government is doing a good job on helping small businesses stick around. But I also think that they should offer a few more grants to help out even for a business that is just starting. Because even though they are helping them, some small companies are still struggling to survive due to the fact that the larger companies are able to offer their services for a price that the smaller companies could barely compete with.
With that said I think the government is doing a great job on helping small companies, by offering them grants and loans. But I definitely think that they should help out more because small businesses help bring more work to our economy. They employ more than 50 percent of the private work force and generate more than half of the nations gross domestic product.
The government can also extend their help to small businesses by ensuring that the regional trade blocks in place are fair and are not harmful to the small businesses. Its another form of regulation where they can make sure that the “little guy” is well represented.
