INTRODUCTION
In the past decade or so, public transportation has seen to be playing an important role in the economy of several countries in the world and also playing an important role in trying to preserve and protect our environment from global warming especially.
The idea of public urban transportation is the use of the government or sectors which are partnered with the government to build a transportation system starting with buses, railway stations as monorails reaching to ferries, to connect and transport the urban city and people all together respectively, all in a sense to build an effective and efficient economical plan which aids in linking the city. Ultimately making it an attraction to a sufficient and economical environment to reside, it also is a thrust engine in increasing the number of businesses provided in the area, as it is a critical tool in logistic transportation of both goods and people.
Although the idea seems so intriguing in a sense, it is not yet been so befriended. The reason behind so is simply that it might not lay to the best interest to others, as it causes a negative side effect or a backfire to several plans all ready laid on the economic ground. The public transportation has been a sworn rival to private transportation such as luxuries limos and helicopters and especially to automobile manufacturers who all of them in a sense share a massive share behind the economic growth, therefore legislating against the public transportation control in the area.
BACKGROUND
Metropolitan transportation is used in all cities and became one of the most important factors that scientists use to evaluate the civilization. Actually, the need for metropolitans transportation systems is not because of luxury purposes anymore. Nowadays, there are many motives that makes the development and growth of this service is crucial and one of the necessities of life. The growth of population of cities and frenzy sprawling of cities in addition to the growth of number of cars and commuters compared to the slowness in roads expansion and make big cities like a part of the hell.
Since there are many cities are suffering from problems related to transportation and jam in region of Persian Gulf, most of these cities tried to solve this problem by applying a high sophisticated transportation system. One of the most famous projects that solved the problem of traffic congestion in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council was the establishment of the Dubai Metro network as the
