I believe that Toyas self-concept is a bit off base because at some point she should realized that she is not doing her best on the project assigned to her. She has not been proofreading her projects, everyone has room for improvements. Her self-concept is not helping the situation and down the road its more likely to cause some type of conflict. Toya could end up getting upset and not take criticism well. Her self-concept is a hindrance because she can get defensive and believe that the lady teaching her doesnt like her.
