1.1 Introduction
With the advancement of science and technology, information developed,
smartphone gradually become a part of life tool for people around the world.
Nowadays, technology has been improved on how smartphone function. Smartphones
are not only able to communicate with each other anytime, anywhere, and the
smartphone have variety of functions, such as: cameras, games, internet, watching
movies, listening to music and so on.
Smartphones can enhance on how people communication with each other
because instant messaging and social networking features on the smartphone have
real-time capabilities that help us stay in touch with friends and family and build
closer relationships. In addition, smartphones can break the boundaries of the region,
narrowing the distance between people. Instant messaging programs such as
Whatsapp and Wechat on smartphones allow people to make video and voice calls
with friends and family for free. People can use these function to break the
geographical restrictions, and real-time interaction with friends and family, in order to
maintain relationship. Smartphone have enhancing people lifestyle, made life easier
and more convenient, especially for young adult, they can update their status in real
time
