It gives us some serious lessons on values and ethics that leave a long-lasting impact on our minds. While working on non-competitive cooperative strategy our team decided to take up Avengers as our example because of the following learning:Sometimes things go wrong (and they will), so don’t give up and keep working. They were attacked, they lost men and they learned and got better and stronger – There will always be such situations where we might have to face certain problem elements and we might be required to make tough yet ethical calls. Set an example if you want your ideas to be taken seriously- This is one of the most important aspects of leadership trait. In order to be a non-competitive and cooperative, an organization needs to have a leadership on which the whole organization can bank upon.Stand firm to your beliefs- It is this which helps an organization stand tall or when encountered by a mightier opponent.Teamwork and strategic division of responsibility are a must- working as a team which shows complete faith in each other is a necessary element for most of the organization and it becomes even more important if the organization decides to take a very different path of no competition and high cooperation. In such cases dividing the problem and doing each ones part right may help in building the organization piece by piece. Not everyone would buy the fantastical idea of going non-competitive but one has to believe and be confident about his/her idea and that faith needs to radiate in a manner that the other stakeholders are also convinced of the ideas one is putting forth.[pic 2]LogicInitially, in the story line, all the protagonists were invited to join the program for different reasons. Tony Stark was invited to review Selvig’s research. Dr. Banner was appointed to search the Tesseract, as it emitted a low gamma radiation, which Dr. Banner was an expert in. Steve Rogers was invited to join Avengers initiative to help to form a strategy to find the Tesseract.  The team was formed initially to find the Tesseract, but it is still unclear if, Director Fury had other things in mind, because in the end, every Avenger was serving a purpose other than he was appointed for. Earlier, when Agent Coulson died because of attack by Loki, Fury used Coulson’s death to motivate the Avengers into working as a team. Approaches – Non-competitive approaches1.        The most significant asset for any organization to be successful is its employees. In Avenger’s movie, Nick Fury’s managers didn’t have trust on his troop but he says that they can create miracles and backed his team-mates well. That’s one non-competitive strategy in the movie. [pic 3]2.        Also Trust was clearly visible in the movie amongst all its members. They communicated well and they have the right to make their own opinion in front of all. Personal freedom is a must in the workplace. Fury selected experts and gave them the freedom to pursue what theyre best at. To form bonds and to operate together depending on each other, we think trust is the most important factor for internal perfection.

3.        Every company has its strength and some loopholes. All one needs is a good direction and a little motivation. When everybody was tensed after the 1st attack of Loki, they learnt from the mistake and returned with full energy and efficiency.4.        When you are working in a group it’s very important to satisfy and address the need for different individuals with different objectives and have a common goal. To work with organizations you have to know others opinions, objectives and to decide on the common goal. In avengers, it was to send back Loki and retrieve Tesseract.5.        You should always choose right people, who are like minded. To achieve the synergy it’s very important that your objectives and values are aligned. For example, all Avengers do not want Tesseract to be used for weapons in Phase 2 (Know your organization first)6.        Know the weaknesses of the team. Example, Hulk was the initial target by Loki to destroy the mission. 7.        Faith and reliability on each other were built upon by keeping them in the same facility. Which tells about the continuous meetings, good flow of communications in the organization.8.        In the movie, they have excellent expert coordination among themselves on who is going to attack and when. This talks about the core strategy and planning procedures of the organization and how it’s important for the outcome.9.        Maintaining transparency in the team. Fury doesnt use weapons to get information from Loki. He uses black widow. Nick Fury and Black widow use some motivation and manipulation to make teamwork. It tells about the patient and sustainable techniques. To collaborate and work there will be adverse situations but to continue and march towards the greater goal destructive strategy is not always the best!10.        Loki uses the strategy – Know your enemy well. Used by Avengers too. Assigning Captain America as lead to give instructions. Protecting your team members from Loki’s attacks. Avoiding another situation like Hawk Eye. So failures are meant for the lesion to be learned but repeating it is actually what should not happen. Also dividing the role and defining the responsibility is very important as in a co-operative society everybody is depending on each other.11.        An inclusive approach was used by Captain America, where he directs local people and police to take care of their safety.
