Some people’s actions make its significant difference in history because they fought for something or they help out in the war. Like Polly Cooper people looked up to her because she was a good woman. They liked her generosity and courage. She also helped out in the war with her people.        Polly cooper was an Oneida Indian woman. Polly cooper walked 400 miles with 700 other people in the winter cold. She taught the troops how to prepare the corn. Also she helped to feed them and cared for their wounds. During the battle she would take the troops water. If it wasn’t for Chief Oskanondoha for sending the Oneida people and Polly cooper the troops wouldn’t have survived. Also without them they wouldn’t be able to defeat the British.        Some people think that in history Polly Cooper should have been the mother of our country. They wanted her as the mother of our country because she served as a cook in the war. Also her Oneida Indian nation fought side by side with the American troops. Polly cooper is a great woman. Her people that were sent to help in war with her appreciated her because of what she did to help the troops.         The Oneida nation received a word of Washington that his soldiers were harmed and starving. Polly cooper and her people went to go and help. She made them medicine so they could get better. As for today there stands a statue of Polly cooper in the national museum.        Polly cooper helped the troops, because of that all of the troops got better. She helped teach them how to prepare and they wouldn’t starve anymore. She would give them water while they were in the war. Everyone liked Polly cooper because she would do anything so the troops would be good and healthy.         The army wives took Polly cooper to shop with them. Polly looked around and liked all the cloths but didn’t buy anything. The wives noticed that she was interested in a black shawl. Their husbands helped them buy the black shawl for Polly cooper as a present. They wanted to thank Polly for all she done in war.
