Walmart Benefits
Walmart BenefitsWalmart BenefitsBenefits for any employees within an organization like Walmart are vital. Psychologically speaking, employees with no health insurance are always in doubt and will never feel comfortable to do the good job for the company he or she works. Employers, like Walmart, need to be aware and understand the consequences. Walmart is a global corporation that offers health insurance to its employees. However, the deductible costs are very high for the health coverage; even the government is aware of such a situation. One of the biggest problems is misinformation because the company does not tell the truth to its associates. It does not provide enough information for associates or employees to know how to use the health care and the health insurance. As the largest corporation, it should offer clear advantages to its employees so that they do the better job. Are Walmart benefits really above the industry average? The corporation has the obligation to offer satisfied benefits for its associates, but it does not offer benefits like Disney World does. The company should focus on the health plan to help employees or associates with familys situation. The most interest an employee has with an employer is the healthcare, and it should be affordable to all for better satisfaction. Although Walmart offers health insurance to almost more than 900,000 employees, dissatisfaction still occurs because the contribution is too high when people analyze the evaluation on a national scale. The company has no other recourses to re-evaluate the situation to make its employees feel better as far as the coverage is concerned. There are several companies in the United States that offer better health insurance coverage than Walmart does. As a result, a re-evaluation is necessary so that associates can pay less with a higher contribution of the company. Life insurance is important for every single employee within an organization. An employee with no good life insurance can be in trouble at any given time. Consequently, Walmart should make clear decisions to defend its employees or associates. Â The corporation should make more efforts to make the family of associates fell comfortable if something happens. There should be cost-saving, and Walmart has no other choice than to lower the contribution of employees. There are several other advantages offered by the same type of companies like Walmart. Employees deserve better treatment for the future in case something happens including the 401K. We live in the world where people need help. Walmart is a global corporation even exists worldwide; it needs to satisfy and understand the needs of all associates and employees either part-time or full-time.
