My Self-Critique Case
Overall, I’m quite proud of our final presentation. As a newly set-up team, we overcame difficulties, came up with several brilliant ideas and coalesce our ideas together to make a full story in such a short time. Even though we got out of order in the process and had different thoughts of this case, I still think it is a good way for us to learn how to put together as a team and co-work with team members, and after several times, I believe we can make our day eventually.
Here’s my self-critique and team feedback, aided by the fact that I have an honest video of our team performance.
Strengths:
1. Participation & Contribution

2. Efficiency & Action
We set up three scheduled meetings and agreed our whole story during our 2nd meeting and then went smoother. I was in charge of the analysis part doing the SWOT, PEEST and final Porter’s as well with Jennifer’s assist to make my analysis more reasonable for the case.
3. Interactions
During our meeting, we share our ideas and distribute each other the nature of individual assignment. Moreover, we agree on all the stuff we came up with and try to figure out how to connect them and explain them by each other’s help.
4. Performance
During the presentation, we did a great job to express our plans clearly according to what we had in our whole project. And for myself, I may presented not as well as other members, but I think I am progressing every time and look forward to a better me next time.
We should plan early and fully to
