The five areas where either version of Sametime may increase employee productivity are reduce of losing time, reduce of cost, easy to create a meeting, improve communication and clear information performance. Employees do not need to use the time on travel as he does not have to be physically with others. Employees do not need to spend on traffic and reduce the cost. As employees can assist anywhere, a meeting can be easily created. Employees, bosses or whoever can upload certain information to a room, so allowed people will be able to get to them. Employees have a better communication through the lotus same time. I think reduce of losing time will produce the greatest change. Employees will have more time on working when they do not need to worry about the travel time.
I agree. The ability to share time with people, and the idea of giving a better time to everyone, has been going steadily as the economy has improved over the past year, but I think the overall message of how we can improve productivity is being ignored. We have a strong need for an opportunity for companies, individuals and nations to use other people’s time and resources to improve productivity. Share that time freely, share your time, pay with others and be part of the change. I call on companies and individuals, not governments and business entities, to do more to improve productivity by sharing your time. Share these ideas, but only to let people and businesses know and work on it when it’s done.
