Communication between the head workers and the administration is done through email whereas communication to the rest of the workers is done through a monthly newsletter. All the company delivery trucks have a GPS system that helps the drivers to navigate through the delivery points and the pickup points. Every driver has also been given a PDA that provides drivers with the drop-off and pick up locations and also other information necessary for the job. At first, the drivers did not trust the PDA device as some of them regarded it as a complete waste of time.
