The collapse of the Copper Mine in Chile in May 2011 reduced the flow control flow to the point that a very small percentage of the output of the Chilean copper mine was used up. This decision, despite the fact that the Copper Mine is operated within a safe and regulated operating environment, failed to solve the problem. We have now begun the process of providing a special status to all mines throughout the country. We think Chile, the U.S., Mexico, China and others will take action to bring about a resolution to these problems.
