The reason we have chosen virtual organization is because the more that technology evolves, the more tools are required to communicate, problem solve, and exceed in todays market effectively and efficiently. Using virtual organization as a primary software application, any team member can use the user guide at the bottom left hand side of the screen to learn more about Virtual organization. This user guide gives each team member the ability to apply his or her own background into problem solving methods based on realistic data. Furthermore, the virtual site contains multiple drop down menus with each organization. Each organization has a link that contains realistic data. Each company that has realistic data can be found by clicking the corresponding tab, these tabs are Business, Education, Healthcare, Government, and Service Requests. In addition to the five main tabs each tab has a drop down list of organizations that pertain to that tab group. The business tab has 12 organizations in its list, education has a list of five, healthcare has two, government contains one, last of all, service requests contains a list of seven.
In conclusion, the next few weeks Team “B” will work hard on developing the user manual and presentation on virtual organizations. The virtual organization is a valuable section for students and staff members from the University of Phoenixs online portal. The manual and presentation will provide a helpful guide to students and staff members as they navigate throughout the virtual organization section to locate information easily.
