Small innovations like adhesive bandages and ankle braces, to larger, more complex technologies like MRI machines, artificial organs transplants, and robotic prosthetic limbs, technology have undoubtedly made an incredible impact on medicine.” In the hospital I work at, Deaconess Gateway, I see every day how healthcare technology innovations have changed our organization in the best ways possible giving us the opportunity to become highly recognized in Indiana. At home, technology innovations are making an incredible impact on our cost of living. Technology has indefinitely demonetized almost every aspect of life, meaning the ability to take a product or service that was previously expensive and make it substantially cheaper or potentially free. For example, cell phones have demonetized photography, taxis and uber have demonetized transportation, the internet has demonetized countless informational costs, and most importantly at home, and our utilities have been demonetized by technology innovations.
