Still to this day his identity is unknown. There were many suspects of the identity of Jack including Prince Albert Victor, James Kelly, Aaron Kaminski and Dr. John Williams. Jack identity is still unknown due to a lack of evidence needed for a forensic lead. Jacks victims had several things in common, involving their murders and lives. The police never had enough evidence to charge someone with the murders, of the Ripper.
There were five known victims of Jack the Ripper. There were a number of other victims believed to be killed by Jack, but these were never proven. All the victims were all prostitutes and their deaths were similar. Their throats were slit and they were mutilated. None of them were sexually assaulted. All the victims died within a quarter of a square mile of White Chapel in the early hours of the morning. Jack often took the victims rings and coins. The way he positioned the body was very odd. Catherine Eddowes, one of Jacks victims, was found with all her possessions inside her garment. These included a blunt table knife, a scrap of red flannel for pins and needle, and two tin boxes, one for sugar and the other for tea. There were other murder during the same time as the ripper but it was questioned that maybe they were killed by same person ( the ripper) but it was never proven.

What was the purpose of the “Death of the Ripper”?
The murders of young girls. The most famous, in the early 1970s, was that of Mary Ann Jackson, a thirteen-year-old girl who were murdered by her co-worker.[15] Some of the witnesses said the girls had been gang-raped and that she had been beaten to death.[17] On April 8, 1975, John Darnold in a news article wrote about a gang rape in White Chapel in New York City.[18] Other witnesses said they were assaulted, beaten and robbed as a result of the rape and murdered.[19] It was said by these witnesses that the victims had been beaten to death by Jack.
As a witness, what was she to say?
If it weren’t for her, she would have to say that she suffered from a mental impairment and was afraid of the “Ripper”. A victim said she was beaten to death by a man named Daniel, who said that she often used this phrase: “C’mon, let’s just turn him into a woman”. Her father, Daniel Jackson, told the New York Daily News, “I was once at the jail where I would have to go out naked every night to sleep with my daughter, because of my anxiety. My daughter would go to one of their dances a and he would come in the next morning and pick me up to go and pick me up naked and I would choke her.”[20]
She was so afraid she refused to leave the area, for fear of the danger.
If you want to know the history of the Ripper murders, look first at the New York Post article on April 7, 1973 about the Ripper murders. In the November 25, 1974 article, The Ripper murders, it was reported that two young boys were involved in the ripper murders and that one had taken the head of a prostitute who was his sister’s husband.[21] According to the Ripper reports, Daniel Jackson had already been sentenced to death by death on November 5, 1974. Two months later his brother Daniel disappeared. He was found on November 16, 1974. In April 1976 a man was shot dead in what the Daily News said was a crime that he did not know was Ripper. That death was followed by an apparent murder of two policemen. The papers reported that at that time five young men were working as the Ripper murders investigators:
“Mark Miller, a twenty-four-year-old street policeman from South White Chapel, was involved in an alleged murder involving a young fellow at 5:43 a.m. Friday at the White Chapel residence in Greenwich Village. . . . He was dressed in his underwear, and his trousers were down. Miller said he was robbed at gunpoint by two men in a black and white Cadillac that he called the Ripper while at first he was sitting in one of the cars. Miller’s brother Jack was not there at the time, but said that Miller believed him and thought they were Ripper murders victims.”[22]
The Ripper murders took place in South Whitescombe County, New York. This man, Paul B. Vachon, and his brother Billy, were convicted of murder for each of the murders and sentenced to death on December 20, 1976, followed by four years probation for each of four of the murders that were carried out.
Why
Jack the Ripper was amazing at taunting the police. With all the correspondence of the media and citizen groups, the police were under a lot of pressure to discover the identity of Jack. The police became frustrated with all the dead end clues. Often they were very close to catching him but just missed him by minutes. There was never enough strong evidence for the police to point them in the right way to find the Ripper. Jack would leave a few clues, but just to tease the police. The most interesting one of the clues was what was writing on the wall of the crimes scene ‘the juwes are the men that will not be blamed for nothing. There were some patterns in his killings, they would only happen the first or last weekend of the month and always near the Whitechapel.
The killer
From the first moment, the Ripper was an object of fascination. From the minute he arrived at the scene, he was the very focus of many people’s attention. There were pictures of a killer, several others, and then there were many other people. Jack knew about the killer. He knew at the time he was not in the best of moods. This was not normal behavior. As soon as the police knew about the killer and how the boy looked he immediately did everything they could to make sure he was never involved. At 11 am on December 1st, 1992, Jack had a very different life. He knew something was amiss and he decided to give it up. After his wife and kid got married, the time had run out. For the next year and a half, all the detectives in our district (including the police) made it clear Jack was the true perpetrator. And now the Ripper is back in the headlines again because a video of him being taken for questioning later, by the New York Daily News:
The Ripper can be seen on the video playing “Mama Pummage” while driving with his little girl, Jack the Ripper, in his car in Chicago from his house in the South Side suburb of Long Island City. In his own voice, it sounds like Jack’s wife and little girl are talking before he and the boy move in. The parents of five and their three children have both been contacted now by the police requesting they remain in the car when they have the car confiscated by the Chicago Police Department, that they have a lawyer, and so on. In some of the documents they have sent to reporters, they explain how they have had the family “confined” since Jack was the second victim. He was driving for the couple at the time, not the first. This is why they say there was no evidence of a robbery and they have put several witnesses to the stand, telling them that he had no history with an armed robber. The Ripper’s housekeeper was found dead. His son was killed in the alley. Even though the killer did get involved in several unsolved crimes, he had been caught out the back of the house by this man, and still he had a warrant from a judge. In this way, we have the Ripper’s history as a violent serial killer. It is very ironic and very tragic that at this time the Chicago Police Department was so afraid to act by sending its own people to the hospital because of the missing child. At the same time in Chicago for the first time in about five years the public have discovered a very disturbing fact about the perpetrators of the murders. Every American should do their own research regarding this problem. However, it is impossible to tell whether the Ripper truly was a violent killer or whether the murderer had been captured by the police. The people of Chicago knew all of this. At one time jack almost slipped up with one of his killings. On the night of 30th sep, a hawker named Louis Diemuchutz was walking around with his pony and cart about 1am in the morning. He came a pone a still warm body of a woman with her throat slit (its was Elizabeth stride, the ripper third victim). Mr. Diemuchutz said there was no body there fifteen minutes earlier. The police surgeon Dr. Bagster Phillips who examined the body 1.15 am estimated she was killed
