You dont find happiness, you make happiness. You choose happiness. Happiness can be defined as having more than enough in each area of life–more than enough faith, more than enough relationships, more than enough physical, emotional and mental resources. It is realistic because Self-actualization is a process of discovering who you are, who you want to be and paving the way to happiness by doing what brings YOU the most meaning and contentment to your life over the long run.

Happiness is simply a process of knowing what you want to be, and who you want to be. It does not mean that you NEED to be happy. It seems to imply that, no matter what, happiness can be achieved by following or striving to achieve more of what you are seeking. There is no true objective, however, where happiness is measured in terms of where you have gone when you arrived in your happiness. Happiness does not have to be defined as a result of being better a person, or feeling healthier, a better individual (or perhaps a better part of your body). Happiness can be determined by doing certain things, or by a specific action, or by a particular set of choices. No matter what, there are different, positive, bad and true emotions that can be overcome (and this is why we are often called the “bad people”. No matter what you want to do, this will not be you), and there is nothing to stop you from using the right tools to achieve your life goal…not when you are successful, but when the wrong tools are used.  No one likes doing a bad thing because they like being sad or jealous and can be sad and jealous because it doesn’t work, or because it makes people hate and hate you.  Happiness, in the course of achieving happiness, can actually be described as being more than just the feeling of satisfaction. It can be measured in terms of how much effort is put into achieving a goal by doing certain things.  However, happiness is not measured in terms of how much effort goes into achieving a goal. Happiness can only be measured based on an average amount of effort, and only if it works out in a way that you are happy with. As you can see, there are several problems with this definition. First, there is the fact that we assume that people have a better understanding of the self, and are more willing to invest some of this time into fulfilling their desires, such as their self-esteem. This has led to different definitions of happiness. For example, the saying of Buddha: We shall not be angry with ourselves, but will take care of them and keep them to ourselves. As a result, our most powerful tool for achieving our goals, and the most empowering tool in our existence, is a complete self. There are many ways this can be achieved, ranging from simply using one’s power to control yourself to using a complete self on others to self-actualizing and self-actualizing. The way this alludes to is something like a complete self, though perhaps we should go further. Self-actualizing is a great way to begin to feel good about our existence. In other words, we can literally feel self-actualize, without any effort or other form of self-realization whatsoever. Self-actualization is when we feel that we feel our most authentic selves as we have fully completed the stages of self-actualization by doing all of our best to keep others happy, to care for them and keep them from hurting each other or hurting themselves, etc. The

You will probably never be happier than you expect. To change your happiness, change your expectation. Realize that true happiness lies within you. Happiness is our choice. Its our ultimate realization of what being happy is all about?

Happiness can be a feeling of contentment created when all of ones physical, emotional, psychological, intellectual and spiritual needs have been gratified. Happiness is the aim in life tranquilities and rationalities. And the cornerstone of happiness is having a religion that you have faith in, a girlfriend or a wife to enjoy life with, content with your personal well-being and being emotionally and mentally strong.

Getting a realistic self-actualization is a key step in understanding what true happiness is all about. Once we discover who we are we can be at peace with ourselves we can understand the true values of happiness. We should try to think of happiness as the meaning or purpose in life the whole aim of human existence. When we fill that that has happened, then we will fill that weve been gratified.
