The movement of American forces into Europe started in the early 1900 after the commence of World War I. It is true that the American army played a great part on the culmination of the mentioned. During the beginning of this Cold War, the American government saw the need to create more bases around the Germany territory as well as countries with key locations. At the initial of the Cold War, the American Army along with other coalition forces placed bases strategically around the Eastern border of Germany. Precisely Germany borders with Poland and the ex Chhekoslovakia Republic. Imminent threat to Americans around was so much the cause to establish more bases, but the Russian control of these two mentioned countries. Russia moved forces to the eastern borders.
