Jesus is the embodiment of Christ and Mohammed is the profit that lives through Allah. Both of those leaders are the main pillars of each of their religions. Both live lives that were in a condense to each of the religions the correct way to live. For each of the religions both Jesus and Mohammed are what every single follower aspires to live like. They lived rigious and just lives. Their deaths marked the start of new religions. Each one is worshiped each and every day by their followers. Even today their message is carried out to the fullest extent.
Both Jesus and Mohammed were leaders of their religions, however their lives were very different. Jesus was born in Bethlehem in 4bc. The virgin marry conceived him when he was born in a stable. Mohammed was born of Aminah at 570ad in Mecca. Jesus was raised by his mother marry and his adopted father Joseph. Mohammed was raised by his mother Aminah, Halima the nurse, then his grandfather and uncle. Jesus labored as a carpenter in Nazareth. Mohammed labored as a shepherd and then became a camel caravan leader. Jesus was literate; he spoke Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek. Mohammed was literate and spoke only Arabic. During their lives they both attracted many followers to their religion. Jesus did so by showing how god affirmed the teachings of the Old Testament. Mohammed attracted people by over throwing and forcefully removing the worship from multiple gods. Throughout JesusĂ²Ăâ⢠life many miracles were achieved, the healing of the blind, the healing of the lepers, and many other miracles. Mohammed performed no miracles; the Koran itself was his miracle. Both of these men were rejected by their own townĂ²Ăââ˘s people and were forced to move. Jesus never married, while
Jesus And Mohammed 2Mohammed had fifteen wives ranging from nine years old and on. Jesus never once prayed for forgiveness because he lived a sinless life, while Mohammed prayed regularly for the forgiveness for his sins. Jesus never once raised war; he said that the kingdom of heaven was not of this world so it did not need to be fought for. Mohammed raised many wars with over sixty battles in order to spread monotheism. Jesus never once ordered the death of anyone, he believed life was to sacred to end. Mohammed killed many men and women to establish monotheism. After life of dedication to his people Jesus dies by crucifixion in Jerusalem at only thirty-three years of age. Mohammed died in Medina at the age of sixty-two from a long sickness. Jesus rose from his death in three days, while Mohammed still waits in his grave for the Day of Judgment. It seems that Jesus is more of a perfect being, while Mohammed is more of an everyday person.
Mohammed developed a code of behavior directly from Allah. It was said that this happened due to the encounter he had with the angle Gabriel. Mohammed is regarded as the most perfect profit and the last angel. Mohammed was also described to be Allah or gods direct messenger. It seemed in his early teachings, Mohammed took certain teachings from the Jewish community, while towards the later teachings of Mohammed they seem to cut them out. One thing they both kept in common was the prohibition for eating pork. A confrontation arose between the Jewish tribes and Mohammed in Medina. Mohammed ordered all the members of this tribe to be murdered, except women and children whole were sold into slavery. Once he died he was left to his followers to continue carrying out the traditions he had begun.
Jesus And Mohammed 3During JesusĂ²Ăâ⢠life he had thirteen apostles. He was born from a virgin and during his lifetime was said to have lived a pure life. Once he died his apostles continued to worship Jesus and tried to live as Jesus lived. It was as if though a pond JesusĂ²Ăâ⢠sacrifice the religion became much stronger and much more followers arose. The same went along with MohammedĂ²Ăââ˘s death. As they both died as martyrs of their own religion more and more people became followers. The death of both of these men had a major impact on their respective religion. Not only were there additional followers but, in Christianity, the faith in the religion became stronger and it became more pronounced. In the Islamic faiths the death of Mohammed also had an increased or stronger faith.
The Quran: “Then when He had finished his work, and was about to do it, he turned to He and said unto him, Do ye not enter the Mosque, the temple of God, wherein God is revealed to you? Therefore you must make this entrance. (Al-Nasir). After a short time He turned to You and said to You, If ye enter the Mosque, then Allah is indeed present, in You. However, I will not enter the mosque, but I will enter the (Imran place) where the Prophet of Allah is present. Then He turned to You and said unto them, May the Muslims come to You. (Al-Muharram). So, if ye enter, then you must show your willingness and show your readiness in all these things.” (Bukhari)
The Book of Revelation: “When He had finished his work, in the afternoon the Prophet of Allah and He said to you, if ye enter the Mosque, then Allah is indeed present, in You. However, I will not enter the mosque, but I will go on to enter it. So the Prophet turned to You and said to You, If ye enter, I will leave it (your mosque) and you must open yourselves, and be willing (of Allah’s presence), I will open Your gates. As for those who entered the mosque by the mosque, let it be clear.” (Bukhari)
The Quran (and its variants) contain an additional verse, “One who makes himself worshipped as Allah; so when He had finished his work shall He make Me worshipped as Allah, and those who go away from being Allah’s religion will be called by God and by it is called ‘Abdullah.” [Ibn Umar, Sura 2:25] Allah’s Messenger () said:
The only place where any person of the people of Paradise who enters a mosque is the side of the mosque. And whoever is praying at the side of the mosque is the second to Allah, because Allah is the God of Abraham, Sarah and Aaron. And they who come in the mosque are not the first to Allah, because Allah is the God of all the people of paradise.
Muhammad:
Ibn ‘Abdullah said (to His companion), “‘Abdullah, do you know that if Allah does not know that you should enter that mosque, then He will not know about you. It is because He knows that you cannot enter the mosque (or enter Medina; which is where the Prophets of Allah were, and which was their home; for there is none more to know but that which was therein at one and the same time]. The Prophet said, I will not enter the mosque till I enter Paradise, and that is also my place. Therefore I have entered Paradise.”
Muhammad:
He who enters the Mosque and then follows Him to be sure that He is the God of the believers is not in charge of the mosques that He has
