Final Strategic PlanVladimir WadegreeneBUX/475January 11, 2017Daniel GreeneFinal Strategic Plan Help Technology needs to establish a defined set of mission goals, vision and a solid strategic plan to accomplish these things. When these goals, visions and strategic plans are clearly defined, it allows them to operate with more efficiency. This strategic plan will highlight the research and analysis of Help Technology has obtained through their marketing team. The analysis will include our business model pertaining to I chore.I chore’s business plan revolves around customer service and an easy-to-use application that capitalizes on a fluid user interface. We took inspiration from uber where the customer orders service and the app tracks the contracted worker via gps the pays through the app after the job is completed and has done a review. When the work order is completed the contracted worker will take a selfie with the completed work and send it to the contractor for quality assurance. Users can plan to meet in person to inspect the work done by the contracted workers. Users must be 18 years are and older. Users performing jobs will be rated in our rating system where other potential users can view and analyze their quality of work.
Help Technology is focused on providing excellent customer service by streamlining our new division. Our mission statement will discuss our strategies that are unique to the market. We will continue to improve upon our business practices and our customer service as we want to prove that Help Technology is on course to make life easier, not harder. Our goal is to appeal to those everyday people that live a busy lifestyle. We will have a phone line around the clock that consists of professionals who can troubleshoot everything in the application. Our vision is to gather a strong following of users near our headquarters and expand from there. Launching this app on a small scale will allow us to fix the bug along the way and not have system wide crashes forcing us to shut down the application constantly for maintenance. We want our customers and the public to feel as if convenience is the best part of our product. Our strategic plan results from the changes of our external and internal environment. We will adapt to these changes will still maintain our plan of providing fluid customer service. We want to stake out a piece of the market. Our business competes with landscaping companies and craigslist. It is a niche part of the market and not too many businesses are in it which gives us room to stake our place and grow. Our company is small and we plan to grow moderately over the years. Our tactic is to become a household name spread by word of mouth. We want to be known as that “app”. We want to be the go to app for when people become too busy to cut their own lawn or wash their own cars, etc.
