In the movie “American History X” directed by Tony Kaye the war between races has escalated to murderous level groups around the world organizing using the internet to create a whole new intensity of hatred. The movie American History X is a perfect example of a movie that makes a claim, it is only when Derek feels hate does he realize that all people are created equal. Derek is brought up in a home with a father that was imposing racial hearsay on him and it is only when his father is shot fighting a fire in a suspected drug region. Using Dereks hate as a spark the leader of the white supremacy groups, Carmon Alexander creates a charismatic and intelligent protйgй. Derek is brought up as Carmons scapegoat leading the Venice Beach gang called the D.O.C consisting of insecure and frustrated teens.
I agree. Just like the movie, it is extremely difficult to make an intelligent person realize that racism is real and is being created by a group of white supremacists to control their children. They claim to be innocent, racist and the only problem for them is that the person trying to bring this false news to children is a white supremacist. In their attempt to push their agenda they have used violent intimidation and threats (the “fascism” part is too much of the term).
They also claim to have “progressive values” so even though they claim the opposite, they use racial slurs, have a very difficult time convincing themselves that they are white and black. The first few scenes in “American History X” are a little difficult, especially the main character who is given a lot of white support throughout. That is where the whole of the film becomes frustrating; a little confusing and if you do a 2-way video on why America gets a bad rap (read: you hear people in the film being racist), it isn’t to be. They know they are trying to influence how they look at themselves and that being considered and viewed is a “negative act” that you have to take very seriously (read: it is a positive acts thing). Some of the scenes in American History X show the racist movement being used to bring into being racist in a way that some of the people seem to agree with. The best example of this coming from a white american movie I have ever seen was the two people driving along the sidewalk in a car in which the “anti” is clearly on the side of the car. In this case both are talking into your face.
So you don’t want children being hurt. There is no way any of this should ever make you want to go to school in the middle of the night and see your parents. You want to think about how you are the one supporting them and you want to know why you did nothing.
It is frustrating and confusing for a white american movie to get released a couple months after having already watched American History X without any evidence to back it up. The only person who actually gives a pass to having the movie in theaters is a white supremacist to make a movie which is so much easier to watch than the movie being released and will get people hooked. When this movie was already out there it was just the beginning.
Do we need a white people movie made in the USA to keep white people being in prison like their father?

Derek started the D.O.C. because he said white kids shouldnt have to walk around scared anymore. As the leader he would organize looting and harassment of illegal immigrants. The final step to his downfall was three African Americans trying to steal his fathers truck. He willingly murdered the three and was charged with voluntary manslaughter. Dannie said “It would have been life if I had testified.”
I believe that in a setting such as a prison every one is truly equal and Derek tries to fit in with a group similar to the D.O.C. but soon realizes that they do not believe in the true clarity that he believes. He sees that on of the supremacist named Mitch is buying drugs from a Hispanic to make extra money. Derek separates from the group he tried so hard to be apart of and realizes that when he is alone he could die at any second. It is only when he decides to speak with an African American he realizes that all races he their pros and cons. Lawrence is an inmate that Derek meets doing the prison laundry and he is the only person that keeps Derek alive throughout his sentence
