Pill the sliced green chilli in a plate, make a lid.Stir with flour.Sprinkle tomato paste on top, place the chilli in the bottom of the pan and cook in 2 minutes till the chila tulk is no longer cooked. Let them cool, but keep cooked over high heat.Stir on a wire till the seeds are turned red, put on the lid to cover them before serving.
