Throughout ten years of practitioner research, Margaret Taylor Stewart found that small discoveries in her classroom led to a more effective practice. By observing and listening to her students, she was able to gain a more in depth knowledge of her students which resulted in a positive classroom environment and a deeper, more productive way of learning. Stewarts discoveries also led to an enhanced relationship between the school and the community, as well as a peer support between other teachers. By conducting this study Stewart (2003) was able to build a body of knowledge to inform successful literacy instruction, engage students in “real” learning and enhance literacy learning.

In addition, by making the findings of this study available nationally, I believe it is critical to educate the more school-aged women throughout this country so that they can participate in their education in a more positive way.
I believe with a healthy sense of humor, we can become more engaged and connect with each other online. We learn to relate through the use of social media and the online tool “Peng-a-long”. The penga-long provides a natural, physical release for our nervous system and the body that strengthens our body to become a bigger and better human being. The penga-long also provides a natural focus for a healthy and confident self-esteem and self-confidence.
I believe that the women that I work with have the skills and the desire to learn and grow in my life, and have the vision to succeed.

I offer a wide range of opportunities for you to start your own small businesses which, if you choose to do so, will benefit your family, community, and society. You can use the Peng-a-long to become a member of Fortune 1, a Fortune 500 corporation which has been designated as the world’s leading financial innovator by the Financial Times, or a Fortune 100 corporation, which has taken a number of Fortune 1 or Fortune 500 awards and has held major world corporations.
In addition to investing in small businesses, you can invest in education at colleges and universities that encourage women in the American workforce to start businesses that help them build and provide a better life for themselves and their families. You can choose to receive a scholarship to attend a college in the form of a fellowship, or to make a loan through a student loan program to help pay rent and feed a family. You should also choose a career in a non-profit business. You should not spend your time or money on projects that are too small or for small expenses. In addition, when you start your own small business, you could help to reduce or eliminate the number of female-headed businesses by improving the quality, size, and profitability of the business.
