Furthermore, there are several other aspects also impressive to me. They dont make sales on phone or online because they think it is better for the customers to have a look at the furniture in reality instead of just pictures. The good quality and style deserves customers to come to the store or factory, and it is good for customers to see whether the color and size are exactly the same as they image. The factory store benefits to the company now, it takes 25% of the business, and there is no overhead to be allocated.
When I look through the catalogue, the furniture is so beautiful. And actually it is expensive. Before the speech, I just wondered that do people really want to spend so much money on furniture and if it charges too much, will the company still have profit and keep on running. The owner gave us the fact that people do really prefer to spend more money on furniture than we thought. They consist the good quality as their core value all the time. They do not have lots of marketing tools. So the customers become a vital part of marketing. Many new customers come by because of hearing the company from old customers. Every year they will update and create some new materials used in production and new furniture styles according to the customers preference.
It was also the case that I think I had really poor taste because my main focus in the product was making good furniture that was in stock before I could even get started. But that was it. It was my intention to offer it when I was in Germany. At that time, everyone knew that I was doing it as a job, and that the best price was my real estate agent. So everyone loved it and loved buying new furniture.

In fact, its been down for the better part of two years. No one can say for sure how the owner is planning to redevelop it. And the reason I started the store after my visit was to make it as beautiful and functional as possible.
The owner also kept making the furniture that would be used in production and I always thought that the store should not just be in style.
I mean it would attract the best customers, and I wanted to make more of a place as a place to sell old furniture. And now my website is still there, so I feel really good about that.
And my business is taking this very seriously! And my customers love it all. I think that will really grow the shop.

The quality of our product is not all the same. Sometimes, when we are creating a work, we do not choose the right materials every time. Some time, a new material will be created but once a material is brought in, that original material, we will not create another one. However, it is very difficult to create a work with such an original material that even if I choose such a material, and the materials have a good quality, it will also give people a better experience.
Sometimes what they want from this work are the materials, so what you try to say is, “But we cannot make a very high quality work. We wanted to create a very high quality work for the customer”.
