Company has to develop the “right ” strategy . At one time, my employees had a few employees who I didn’t care about, but I had a lot longer time to develop management knowledge.I also first needed to determine which employees took care of me. Sometimes this information was different and it was better if it was in the form of pictures or documents. After working with the organization for some time, I developed my understanding of what employee takes care of me.My coworkers have also been involved in managing my company more so I have more experience with this. It was a challenge in the beginning.I also started researching if people in my team who knew that I met a good number of managers/employees or colleagues could be used to help me out. I eventually came to realize if there was a common knowledge of management in my team with my coworkers, I could share that knowledge and become better at it.When I started working with my managers and employees this led me to realize that in some ways employees with my team could become really good at managing their business.They could really run a business, sell products, engage in marketing, design products or services.So, I started thinking how important it is for my management to develop and develop and promote the right approach that best suit their needs. So, that is what I did when I hired a team of highly qualified people to work on a new project.One of the things that really surprised me was how hard it was to work with these people. It just wasn’t very effective. How they could get people to do the right thing on the wrong day when they were on the wrong site or they didn’t get the right message or got the right feedback. That seems like one of the biggest mistakes of marketing.
