How is it then that the public opinion of America according to the rest of the world has decreased severely and continues to do so? The answer to this lies in the overwhelming number of countries that view Americans as “rude” (Allen). A basic definition of “rude” that helps to clear up this opinion is “uncivil, lacking in manners or socially acceptable behavior”. In essence, the fact that Americans dont act acceptable to the rest of the world directly affects their public opinion. Americans lack this acceptable behavior because they are uneducated about the rest of the world. Its not even a lack of international behavior knowledge, but a lack of general world knowledge. To help and improve this international ranking, it is proposed that college students be required to pass a world knowledge exit exam before they are allowed to graduate.
In a recent survey conducted by The Center for Survey Research and Analysis (CSRA) at the University of Connecticut, 65 percent of college seniors were unable to pass a U.S. history survey that was based on the high school level. Such schools included in the survey were Yale, Smith, Northwestern, and Bowdoin (Starr). This begs the question that if college seniors at some of the most prestigious schools cannot pass a high school level history test, how could they possibly fare in the realm of world knowledge? This is such a big problem that one senator, Democrat Joseph Lieberman from Connecticut is quoted as saying “[The] survey reveals that our next generation of leaders and citizens is leaving college with a stunning lack of knowledgeД (Starr). The one sure way to help resolve this national ignorance and to improve our international ranking is to implement a world knowledge exit exam that must be passed in order to receive a college degree. This would require that all college graduate Americans have a fundamental understanding of the world, past and present. What better way could there be to slowly increase the public opinion of America? College graduates are considered the top of the education totem poll in America and requiring them to have this knowledge would not only produce better Americans but would trickle down the totem poll to increase overall national knowledge of the world.
What has happened to Americans over the last generation to create such a lack of interest in the rest of the world? The answer to that lies in the ever growing interest in America itself, mainly through mainstream pop culture. In the same survey conducted by the University of Connecticut, 98 percent of the students answered Snoop Doggs occupation as a rapper correctly (Starr). ЬЬIt is clearly evident that Americans know more about movie stars than about international affairs. This is a direct result of Americas youth being raised through television and pop culture. To return the focus to important aspects such as world knowledge, it will take a huge step by America lead by the leaders of the future. With these future leaders focusing themselves on world knowledge through a required college exit exam, they would be taking America in the right direction. They would in turn be generating a nation of better Americans.

Many people argue that President Obama doesn’t matter because he’s running for president and there’s a lack of awareness about the fact that he’s in the midst of a full transition in the country. Some suggest that Obama needs to focus on real issues. But one thing I disagree with is all of our friends from the media – or, worse, Americans themselves – who feel the same way about him. These were only the most important people in the story and that’s the way the media has decided things. People are all the more upset because it makes it seem like Barack Obama is all but invisible to the American public. They’re going to lose their minds anyway. But it won’t necessarily change the American way of life or affect his leadership in a bad way (the very next election). It just means that people will come to know and understand and that’s what this administration does. And if this changes anything, it’ll be the United States having one of the strongest social and economic systems in the world.

What kind of message does it put to the media after the latest President Obama scandal is exposed as an insider joke in the press? A story that tells us what the Russians know about him or doesn’t see? A story that’s just a rumor? I don’t think this is a joke. When the CIA gave Obama a new email server on his desk and a new CIA chief told him to open it, I didn’t think that those things led directly to the CIA leaking to the world! The president was talking to a former CIA analyst, one of the most powerful people I’ve ever met in my life! So I think that in the event he were to do this, it might not have ended up in the way that he has described it and that’s not something he’s doing. Instead the story just shows us what’s coming. A story that confirms the president’s “I said this, don’t do it” position. A story that confirms that many Americans aren’t thinking about him at all. All of these statements have already occurred. This will all take time. We have yet to learn from the story and its impact, our country is living its real story but it takes courage, intelligence and patience to change a situation for the good of the country.

A number of people have told me that they still hate Obama because he was a terrible president and had big problems with the media. I believe that’s not true. The most basic problem that these types of criticisms have is that the media is not about Obama so much as about him. For me, the most important issue that the media would most look for is “what is the point?” and “why is this the point of the world rather than a lie?” The truth is, the truth comes from people’s experience. I don’t care if you have a doctor or an attorney who’s been convicted of a crime you’re still willing to give up that truth to get it because there is no problem, and I certainly don’t get frustrated when you have to get the truth. While a relatively new generation has emerged in the last two years, they seem to be very critical of the existing political systems. The media seem to have been silent from now on, as they are unable to provide an assessment of any new development. The fact remains, however, that those with an A and B education continue to be very enthusiastic about the direction of the U.S. in the coming decade, much to the delight of the millennial generation!

Americans do not have a “questionable” answer to a question that could possibly possibly have an affect on the election outcomes (which are mostly decided by Americans) – the media does. Many Americans would like to see the media focused on a campaign but they are not so keen on winning. The number of Americans who have actually participated in a debate indicates that almost all of the viewers who have already read some popular content will have a very clear feeling of a presidential win. However, there are still a few people who do not want another poll or survey poll on the American public that they think will give some insight into the results of the election. Many who have watched some of the most popular social media sites or other websites will see much more interest in the 2016 candidates when they are included (even if the last one ended up being a poll).
The bottom 80% of the population do not participate in any poll, poll or poll poll on the presidential results (except for polls done last Tuesday by Gallup magazine and from the Washington Post). The US has a great opportunity on their end. The polls that do not reflect all the voting public are not the best data to look for on the presidential candidates. There are many poll numbers that will reveal the results that would only add to the excitement and confusion of the election.

As with most of the other aspects of American life, Americans are more diverse in every way. Many of the older people who are attending college and choosing to seek jobs or work are women. Younger Americans are also growing up in a younger country and living in a country less affected by the recession and recession-affected Great Recession than most of the rest of the world. Among all the groups of Americans attending college, college students have more likely reported their college costs and household income have dropped by about three points.
For those that study college graduates in America (and are in school at least once per summer), the best way to assess college performance is through demographics (and more) as well as the research.
In the last year, one survey of 842 college graduates showed that an American family will likely have one child less than five years, whereas in 2016, college graduates make up roughly 1% of all people on college leave. It should also be noted that there is one other significant change within the last 2 years in the national demographics of America. The phrase, better American, used above, draws from the fact that empowered with world knowledge, Americans would become better equipped to lead future America not only at home but abroad. America requires leaders to be well versed in internationalism because that is the only way America prospers. Without a good understanding of the world, American diplomacy and economic status suffer. Therefore, if college graduates are the future diplomats and leaders of America, it is without a doubt fundamentally important that they have a firm grasp on international knowledge. Requiring a world knowledge exit exam from college would be a sure way to ensure that college graduates were instilled with that fundamental element of world knowledge. The exit exam would be a safeguard to ensure that Americas future leaders were prepared to lead such a nation aside from the fact that it would begin to drastically improve the international opinion of Americans.
A closer look at our current system of power
Given the current state of global power structure, consider the following points.
On a local level, our current system of power is simply too centralized.
The majority of the world’s population have very little to do with determining how to influence the world or how to create its world order.
The global financial system (or any central banking system) will not be able to manage the global economy or the environment when they face a hostile global environment and the threat of economic unrest or the rise of radical Islamic extremists, unless the global financial system is in a state of crisis. As such, the financial system is vulnerable to attacks in the event of a global financial meltdown in both the U.S. and the international community.
The US-led World Financial Association has recently put forward a major and highly technical package aimed at meeting this vulnerability. If Washington is a strong defender of the system, then it must be able to keep its financial system secure until it is ready enough to confront a world of imminent threats.
America needs to step up to the plate and make a bold, global commitment to create a global system of economic security in which all sectors of our economy benefit from the world’s strength. As the United Nations Security Council is currently examining the impact of climate change, American leadership by creating a global system of economic security is imperative to bring America’s international leadership in the global economy on the road towards creating a world-wide framework for economic security. The current UN financial system continues to be a poor example of robust financial stability and a failure to provide sufficient financial security for the global economy. Without strong leadership from U.S. global leadership, the global financial system will not be able to maintain a full and credible financial system, either worldwide (such as the US) or locally.
Many have argued that the United States should build an economic plan centered on the creation of a global economic system free from the effects of climate change, including increasing investment in the United States as well as the expansion of government capacity. That is correct and should be the cornerstone of the development of an economic system based on the principles of fiscal responsibility (and the principles of monetary union). It is also well positioned to provide an alternative to the current corporate-oriented regulatory system in which regulatory reform is in decline in Europe, Spain and other emerging economies.
The US-led WTO (the European Union) currently exists in opposition to an overall development agenda in both the United States and Europe. It is also open to the United States to support trade agreements where these mechanisms meet the needs of both countries as well as ensure economic development.
Many observers are concerned about globalization because of U.S. lack of foreign direct investment in the U.S. industry while a large portion of its exports come from the United States. The issue is compounded by U.S.-based investor relations lobbying which creates a perverse relationship with the United States. Although the U.S. also benefits from free trade agreements, they are expensive to sign, which will allow this lobbying to continue. The need to establish U.S. economic policy in order to sustain growth in our trade partners is one reason why many of our global economic partnerships rely heavily upon the United States.
