The concepts of drive-thru are the cars create a line and move in one direction in drive-thru, and do not need to park their car. The company name is “Food Drive-Thru”. This company is currently a partnership company by four persons and will be established at Damansara Utama. The products offered by this company are western foods and beverages. The most suitable time to launch this cafe is in January 2017 compatible with summer time. Our missions are to serve Malaysian a healthy food, serving lovely handcrafted food to nourish hard-working citizen, busy families and road traveller. Our varieties and uniqueness from other companies are our concept and the taste of the food. We are the first company in Malaysia that establish this concept of cafe. The target customers that will attract with our services are local residents, hard-working citizen, busy families and road traveller. Our future prospects are to establish other branches around the Asia and become the top choice of Malaysian.
2.0 OBJECTIVE The purpose of this business plan is to get a loan from a bank to finance the cost of building. The required loan was RM 500,000. This business plan includes aspects of management and administration, operations and production, marketing, manpower, and finance. It can also be used as a guide and reference parties concerned such as MARA, TEKUN, and others in drafting the decision whether the business is feasible or not awarded funding.
