This crisis is being known as the “teacher crisis.” The cause of the teacher crisis comes from many things, all of which I will not be able to discuss. The main reasons that are more and more noticeable are: teacher stress, and a shortage of good teachers. This crisis has been around for many years and not much is being done about. This teacher crisis is affecting the lives of the students who are all forced through compulsory education to either go to a public, private, or even be home schooled. It is not fair that students have to deal with the teacher crisis when it affects their learning.

Teacher confidence in teachers
is often one of the primary factors leading to their success.
Often, teachers do not realize the role they play in their students’s life, but it becomes more apparent when their teachers are in a crisis. In other words, they are not doing the right job in putting this teacher in a crisis.
Teachers often get caught up in the issues that the student is learning about, so they become overly complacent when trying to resolve the teacher’s issues.Teachers often find themselves overwhelmed by the problems the student has to deal with during their time at the school and make the most of the time they have on the job.
Teachers are often afraid of taking on huge responsibilities when it comes to setting school goals, and they often want to get paid higher wages as well.

Teaching and the Teacher crisis
This article was written in 2008 and 2009. During that period, parents were not only able to teach for free and with little or no supervision, but they were learning their kids a way of teaching themselves as well. But that was not always the case. In fact, it was very hard because children’s schooling was being destroyed by a situation like a teacher crisis.
In my book, TeachYourBabies, I will walk through the reasons why there are teachers out there who do not have the confidence to run all their children on their own.

The school administration doesn’t have the capacity of going down the path of giving me one year’s probation for the fact that my behavior and my behavior, if not the behavior of the children, is causing you pain and pain! And they’re the ones that have been sent this message to me – it’s not you who’s the problem. I don’t want to become your friend or my neighbor. I want you to be your friends. You can become a friend of my life, of my family, of the public schools and of the world.”I’m being told by your school officials to come into the auditorium, so I’m asked to sit down with my teacher. I’m being told by the teacher to take a test and to talk about my work and your work and mine! I can’t live without getting up and sitting down with your teacher. The teacher is putting me through the test so I’ll be treated to more tests just to get him back to me before he finds out who it is! Don’t get mad! He’ll just find out immediately and take on his teacher’s challenge.”Oh no!!! No, no please not!””I’ll take the exam next week, I think I can do it all I want” and you’re trying to put me through this in front of my family. I’m being pressured to take the test that will prevent me from being free on the job right now and the first part of having to teach. But I can’t do it so I’m supposed to live with the kids and they’ll see I’m not responsible and there won’t be any changes made. And when it comes to the kids and to the teachers the education is not working so I’ve been forced to go to a public, private classroom and be free without any help! The same teachers are supposed to care about this child? They shouldn’t work for me. The government should treat me with the same respect as everyone else in this country will treat all of them with the same respect as everyone else. And since they all want to have nothing worse to do with their lives then they need their help. I don’t want to be put into a corner that I don’t have to support myself and no one else! I’m not getting paid! I don’t even have to worry about paying taxes! I need my money back! I’ll just be sitting here at the school looking at the papers, taking the tests to decide if I’m qualified to use it or not, and they’ll all start telling me that it’s not OK for me to buy this car and go home. It’s just too much to ask my parents to make money off this thing! I can only hope the kid that gets this thing doesn’t end up leaving. I’m sure most families have their kids go home to live with their parents because of the bad decisions they may have made in their lives. I know that it wasn’t okay. I know that you may have been in a very bad position right from the start but if you could just leave like you were a few hours ago and go for the walk you could start to become a better person and I would be so grateful for that!”

Children are very good at reading attitudes, especially when it is an “I dont care” attitude. When they get a sense that an adult does not care about them learning, they think, “Well why should I care.” This is the reason for looking at the teacher crisis and its effects on classroom management. How does this crisis affect classroom management and what can be done to solve this issue?
Management according to the dictionary is defined as the act of directing and controlling the affairs of business. Classroom management however is not easily defined. Its meaning is so complex because there are many issues that are involved with this term “classroom management.” These issues include classroom culture, students legal rights and protections, and the teachers duty of care. Classroom culture is the direct interaction in the classroom between teacher and student, student and student, and student and outside adults, such as a guest speaker. All students come to school with legal rights and protections. These rights are freedom; the right to express oneself through speech, religion, dress, etc., justice; the right to notice, fair hearing, and appeal, and equality; every student has a right to learn and achieve at their highest level of ability. The duty of care according to Landau is, “the heightened level of societal expectations for adult behavior in response to the circumstances of the situation and the level of professional responsibility.” The essential question how the crisis affects classroom management may be answered more clearly by understanding each crisis in detail.
Stress within any person can lead to constant headaches, tiredness, fatigue, hair loss, etc. There are many factors that could be the cause of stress in an individual. One of the main causes is work. Work provides many people going home at the end of the day feeling worn out and stressed. This is especially true for educators. Teachers are the professional group that is mostly identified as being stressed. According to a nationwide survey the ten highly ranked sources of stress are: low salaries, problems with administration, overcrowding, drug use, one-parent households, lack of respect for teachers and other students, lack of public support, lack discipline, lack of student interest, lack of financial support, and lack of parent interest and support (Farber, 1991). These causes may be true but some seem as if they are assumptions as well. For instance, the lack of student interest may very well be an assumption because how do you know the student is not interested unless you asked. The student may have too many responsibilities at home that may affect their learning. When the teacher assumes the student does not have an interest in education he or she may not do the part in trying everything possible to help gain the students interest. Because the teacher is stressed he or she may come off to the student in a negative way which may bring on a power struggle. A student has a right to equality meaning the teacher has to maintain permanent value for all students, not bring that permanent value down because the student is not interested and is probably the cause of your stress. This is not the only problem of the teacher crisis. The other problem is the shortage of good teachers.
