The projects office monitors the flow of projects through the organization and ensures that all projects receive administrative, scientific and the appropriate ethical reviews. This group also evaluates projects for feasibility of implementation and monitors compliance with research policies and procedures. The Institute for Children’s Research and the National Center for Child Health and Human Development (NCChHHS) conducts research in children’s health related to: education, treatment, breastfeeding, and nutrition. NCCHHHS includes the projects office, the Institutional Review Board, and the Office for Grants and Contracts. Research is conducted so that researchers can provide timely, accessible recommendations to policymakers who are in need of funding for the study of children in their care. NCCHHHS also conducts education in clinical and educational health care to ensure that policy makers know the health benefits related to the children’s life and well-being.

The Center for Social and Economic Policy (CSPEP) works to advance social and economic causes by supporting young people through state, community, and national policies of change and cooperation. The Center provides training in job skills, public policy research, public service advocacy, and political science, and it supports state and local public health initiatives by providing services to adults, families, and communities.

CSPEP, also known as Public Health Care Reform Act (PPRA) or “The Healthy People Act,” is a series of tax credits targeted at the poor. In addition each of the 1,700 PPRA programs must receive more than $25 million in funding. More than 400 state and local government entities and nonprofit health organizations provide PPRA services as well as social assistance for pregnant women and children of the uninsured. The PPRA program provides state and local governmental resources for child care and education and supports training for clinicians and health workers working in hospitals, home health centers, nursing homes, and public health agencies.

CSPEP also supports programs that improve health outcomes in rural, rural, and poor communities. Programs that improve health outcomes in rural areas or low-income communities are supported through projects created to meet the needs and needs of the communities.

CSPEP is funded through the General Fund of State and local governments. Funds are administered through the State Public Health Investment Program for Primary Care in Rural and Regional Areas and the Urban Public Health Commission. These funds are used to establish community-based or health-care literacy programs, develop prevention and health-care technology initiatives, develop local medical interventions, and develop community resilience projects.

CSPEP is an effective public service funding mechanism that helps poor communities meet the needs of their population. The Public Health Benefits Assessments program supports the National Health Resources Strategy in its effort to increase health and wellness services for women, children, infants, and adolescents. Public health benefits assessments inform policymaking activities, including research and evaluation activities, and promote health outcomes. These activities help health professionals in the health service sector to provide health care services in their communities.
