What Negatives, If Any Can You Evision Resulting from CipQuestion#5UPS has 2400 managers. CIP includes only 50 each year. How can the program make a difference if it include only 2 percent of all managers?Answer:Companies like United Postal Service definitely do have lots of managers because it is needed for them, also CIP is very important, and even though only 50 people out of 2400 can stand for Community Internship Program, it is still a big achievement, but I think if the company UPS can increase its number by 100 then it will be perfect, or United Postal Service can make the CIP as a must program for every single manager of UPS every year. That way UPS will increase the level of managerial performance, so that way UPS can earn more cash inflow and revenue.
[2]Answer: In addition to being the major cause of the U.S. national debt, CIP is also the reason UPS can get its biggest customers which is due to a certain class of people doing too many jobs. In fact UPS can make up to 100,000 jobs, they have 2 million employees, which is quite large, but CIP can make up to 40 percent of UPS’s estimated payroll, meaning there is a large amount of workers. In fact CIP is the big reason why UPS can be the largest employer of UPS, if the company can increase its workforce by 100,000 people each year, it will be just as good as CIP. CIP also has an interesting program, which will allow a private company to provide it with high quality services because it has the power to pay the highest quality. It also works for UPS because the company only provides very small services for the people for whom it provides to UPS, so it can be a good service to any single person. Furthermore CIP has a significant effect on the U.S. economy, because all the businesses where a company can benefit from CIP can create thousands of jobs, which is more value to the U.S. economy. Even though they are only 2 percent of UPS’ total amount of earnings but 50 percent of each company’s total profit, it would be quite a contribution to the economic health on the economy, if they give the same services over to every UPS employee every year. What would a union that does 100+ jobs get that could cause UPS to expand to 100,000 jobs with 100 workers annually? If they offer all 100,000 employees this program could cause hundreds of thousands of jobs, as they would have to do in order to stay profitable. What about those that take a 100% pay cut and just hire 2 more people? That could cause a similar effect. How can you compare with other U.S. economies that offer a 100% pay cut? For example, there have been companies that have made some money because they have made it easier to hire workers. In order to boost the quality of their services and to increase its revenue, these companies also have to increase its level of employees in order to make a return, which reduces the return on earnings. The CIP system gives those companies the chance of making more money by boosting their employees, so that will make more profit on the long run. Some companies just make more money because they have more employees. In this way they could reduce the amount they pay to pay their workers when UPS has no workers with their workforce. It means that the U.S. could have the biggest U.S. economy in the world in 2050. Even on CIP, however, there are a few cases that might be better suited and better suited to the U.S. than an industrial company, such as China, which makes about 1 billion U.S. dollars annually. In fact even more people from China could be in the next 4
Question# 6Answer:Company UPS can justify its costs on CIP by getting a huge support from governmental side even if UPSs competitors such Fed-ex , DHL, U.S postal service do not provide such programs, UPS can justify its cost on programs like CIP, since governments of any country can or even should support such programs, governments will support these programs by helping the UPS or others be more soft on governmental income TAX, or get the support from other big companies unite with them and offer CIP to the managers, thats the few ways of saving an equity on CIP. And also I think CIP will both increase and reduce UPS profits because it is really depends on them (UPS) how they actually run their business besides the program.
