On November 7th, 1862, American troops and officers from New York to San Francisco arrived at the Battle of the Pacific to reinforce the U.S. Army. At 5:30 p.m., approximately 50,000 men of each race, including American-born children, came to assist in the construction of the battleships in which were part of the American Expeditionary Force. The first American battleships arrived a mile south of Battle Point and were built by General Vickers who became head of the Continental Army on January 26th, 1917. The American Expeditionary Force was established at the Southern Pacific Command. The Battle of San Francisco occurred on December 5, 1916.
One of the most difficult and exciting battles fought in World War I was the Battle of San Francisco. Two weeks after the outbreak of U.S.A. operations in Europe, thousands in the Southern Pacific directed their men to seize control to an American campaign which threatened the peace and order of the land. An American fleet which had entered the British navy could not be relieved until the British had been in possession of the English sea-bound fleet the previous summer. The battle in San Jacinto took place against the British fleet, where the British commander, Admiral George R. R. Bell, commanded the 1st Naval Division, of the British Army and the U.S. Navy. Bell was a successful gambler who was in a constant battle of two and half decades with no victory.

To win the battle, Americans had to make every effort to put a hold on enemy ships. American Navy guns fired on American warships, with a huge amount of firepower. American air strikes against Russian naval ships were deadly, particularly against two naval vessels moving faster than Americans.[2]
The American forces were fighting their way to the battle station. The Battle of the Pacific was the most important battle on the American side and the Americans lost. American ships were moving at about sixty miles an hour and were moving at about seventy miles an hour. The American fleet did not have a strong and concentrated naval force, its numbers were weak, and the ships did not have a concentrated military force to support them. Many of the ships and crews of enemy ships were carrying large quantities of ammunition. An American sailor who had been wounded on the battle duty in San Diego, was killed shortly after the battle ended. The American
