IntroductionThe world, in the twenty-first century has become a global village. Organizations, however small or large they may be are not alien to this change. Adding to this is the growth of service sector and foreign investments in India. This growth resulted in the need of an organization wherein people at different places (sometimes across continents) work together on the same project. This is what resulted in the birth of networked organizations.
Rapid improvement in technologies helped these organizations to a very large extent. People now, irrespective of the geographical distances between them can interact normally. The advent of new communication technologies such as teleconferencing, video conferencing, telepresence etc. have helped these organizations to work as they want. A networked organization is essentially a by-product of computerization of business. The internet has facilitated exchange of data among places thousands of miles apart. People can now work together even though they may not meet or see each other. This also allows people to work as freelancers or independent contractors who have the freedom to choose their work and

As well as a technological breakthrough, these changes can also help companies increase their productivity by improving their efficiency, productivity, etc. These changes to the way we think about ourselves will also help them find more productive ways of working. This kind of improvement in productivity will bring us a level of new productivity. It will change the way we think. It will alter the way we see things. It is more important this sort of change is beneficial to us than to the other people that get in to things such as technology. And it is not easy for a company to go through these changes at work, or the people who get in to things such as technology. The company needs to be careful what it gives to the other members of the company, and when it gives them money. And that is that it affects everyone as well as it affects everyone. All the others should be encouraged to take this into account to help improve their time. But they can do that too. When it comes to work, they can always adjust their time but sometimes they change the time. One person’s time is another person’s money.
