Marcus should start off by researching the technology market and come up with a new product related to the programs they already develop. The company should start developing the product and get it out on the market for sale. He should keep an eye on sales of the new product and make sure it is generating as much revenue as expected. The company needs to continue production and seek opportunities to release new related products into the market.

Satellite problems:
Swift Technologies Inc. is having trouble keeping up with competitors in the market. Competitors have lowered their prices and developed new products, which have dropped the number of sales for Swift Technologies Inc.
If nothing is done, Marcus will be forced to offshore sectors of his company if he does not want the company to fail. Since the company is going downhill in its current market something must be done before they go out of business.
Marcus feels that he owes his loyalty to his staff and does not want to be forced to fire his employees. “Marcus prides himself on never having to fire any programmers” and feels responsible for maintaining job security in his company.
