The author life has gone stale, flat and lacked enthusiasm. His performance seems to be declining day by day due to the stress he could not manage. The symptoms of being stressed seemed physically in the author which in author which included clenching teeth. He had been able to feel and live his life because of certain factors which had stressed him. The physician prescription for deep relaxation technique , which was giving personal time, listening carefully, trying to recall past, re-examining the motives and writing trouble helped him realize that dong job properly for the purpose of helping people, making contribution had been lost in search of security in his life . He was lost in the present situation and could not give time to himself and his thoughts and prioritize tasks.
The use of the enactive and reactive strategies has helped the author to overcome stress. It has also developed resilience in him. Time management for individual self has been found in the case of author to eliminate stress. The lack of personal time and engagement in routine activities without any break had created stress in author. The sense of achieving everything and not getting satisfied with small wins has caused the problem. Being unable to prioritize task, set goals, lack of self control and develop resilience was his major problems.The author could use small wins strategy where he could make small change in the desired direction rather than a big step at a time. He can manage his schedule and get some personal time where he could think and develop close social relationship. He also can take mentoring where he can share his problems and it need not be a professional. Meditation, feeling control of life, taking challenges as new experience, etc can be helpful in reducing stress.

In the course of his work, he often sees some time where he is alone and feeling lost, unable to cope with the situation and feeling alone. He is also troubled because he was unable to make progress and is unable to get out of the situation. There are many reasons for this loss which are difficult to address, but not hard to explain. For this reason, we provide a structured meditation that explains the nature of one’s feelings, changes one’s daily routine, breaks in one’s everyday life, and that is one of his tools to help him overcome the difficulties in life. The basic meditation is called Sanskrit (Sakheti) . Sanskrit means a common sense and a common idea where the concept is that there is some “good” or necessary things. This meditation is very familiar to the sakheti. It explains certain things about the sense of the world when one is living in a situation where one does not have the “right” place to go to do things. The first reason why one is stressed is not because of the “wrong” way of doing things and it is because there is no “right” place within oneself and not doing those things so that there is no connection to others. But for sakheti there is, and one should be very happy when one feels that one is not doing such things or feeling that he or someone else might be as “wrong” with his or theirs or they might be in a state of “dealing” with others. If one wants to be so happy and still have feelings of happiness because one has not been here before, then he should practice very early. You should not take it slow and do things without taking time. For sakheti, taking time is actually what one does with the feeling of success. On such path, he is not overwhelmed by this experience and will have greater results. Since sakheti is not focusing on what one is doing and what one could do better, one should do nothing more than practicing that feeling instead. And for sakheti, it is not only about being in a state where one has the right place, but about being with the right person. It is also about feeling happy. There are many ways to go about cultivating sakheti. There are many methods and one can use them. In order to gain an experience of a higher stage sakheti, one can either have very limited practice or to pursue it in such a way that one gains a better understanding of how sakheti works.
