Throughout the analysis of PESTLE, Porters Five Forces and Competitors, it is evident that development and sustainability of Social Circle is viable through our recommendations of promotional training and volunteer initiatives, rating systems, and developing a smart phone (Android/iPhone) application. However, Social Circle will need to strategically look at other factors that have impact on the business venture. Based on the predicted success of the Social Circle in Victoria, there is opportunity to expand the business across Australia. In order to grow and develop the business, it is recommended that Social Circle devise a large scale marketing campaign.
