Kissing Coffins is the sequel to the compelling page turner Vampire Kisses. Ellen Schreiber shows true love at its best. Raven Madison, our leading lady, is the Goth queen. She is stubborn, but has a big heart. Her hot knight of the night, Alexander Sterling, is madly in love with her. All he wishes is that she is safe. Jagger Maxwell, the seductive vampire who has eyes that could hypnotize you with one glance. And his younger sister Luna. She is like a gothic pixie and she is also a vampire. These are our leading roles.
For unknown reasons Alexander left Dullesville, and went to Hypersville. Raven was worried so she went after him. She happen to come across a place called the Coffin Club. Here she meets a handsome Goth. He seems strangely interested in who rave is looking for. After Raven found that Alexander had gone back to Dullesville she hopes to find him at the mansion. All she finds is that Jagger was there waiting for her. He hopes taking her to the cemetery and making her a vampire, and his eternal partner, will settle the score between him and Alexander. He of course fails when Alexander comes to the rescue.
The reason Jagger came after Alexander was because he went against his promise to marry Luna. After he left Luna at the alter the Maxwell family was shamed. Jagger swore from that on he would find Alexander and punish him for what he did to his family. He really did nothing. He was not in love. To get rid of Jagger, Raven and Alexander made it seem as though Raven was turned into a vampire by Alexander. Jagger believed them at first, then he realized that they had tricked him. In return he brought Luna with him. She was trying to make Trevor, Ravens enemy into her eternal partner. After avoiding that incident by ruining the ceremony they made sure they left back to Romania Even though they left they swore their revenge.
This is an awesome book It is for all vampire and romance lovers. Raven and Alexanders love is so real and makes you want to believe in vampires. This is my favorite book in the whole series because it introduces a new love interest. That changes everything. Also if you ever go to a bookstore and find the Vampire Kisses manga series, called Blood Relatives, dont get it. It ruins the whole thing. It is completely different from the novel. Take my word for it. If you insist on reading it first read the novel.
