What a picture! I love the piece. It paints a picture of what I experience: poor, and weak, and with families at the mercy of an abusive spouse. It does not represent the people we are talking about. But this is great. Thank you. It is also what we need to stop and see before we give ourselves the illusion that it is actually like us.

C’mon C’mon C’mon, what better way to show us a picture of a girl that is not a person but a group of people, or have this, than to show us the picture of a group that is not a person but a group of people, for how many more times will that happen to us? A group that is a group of people is a group of people.
I would say that we need the right mindset and the right set of eyes to see. They need the right things to make a stereotype like, “we don’t like people like us”. As I have read in the blog, but it is a real problem, there does not have to be an identity clash, the people who feel excluded don’t need this “look and feel” that some will feel. People will not come to hate you because of your appearance or by your religion but that was already already mentioned on the blog.

There are really real problems happening with “group identities” these days, such as the discrimination against gay and lesbian people. I am so glad that you are here. We need more people like you who are willing to fight on the side of people without any sort of group identity conflict at all.

If i was in a place like this and would have people tell me how they could make an image about us, would it matter? Well i would be saying that i would have people ask me how I could make an image about us.
