Crime Case
Crime is one of the most difficult things to deal with when it comes to minorities. According to Guenther “ The criminal justice system in unfair, harsh, and unjust”. Within society there are many stereotypes that the workers for the criminal justice system follows. Now a days people just use the criminal justice system to make themselves known. One of the many things they take into account is politics, social rank, economi rank, and ,even though it’s a bad thing to consider, race. The people within the criminal justice system also thought that women wouldn’t be able to handle the job because, they weren’t “as strong” as the men in the workforce. Not only are women treated differently within the workforce, they are treated differently within the jailing system. Since our social norms don’t perceive women as dangerous, there has been an increase in women offenders. Society usually sees women as a victim of the crime “They had to hurt them for self-defense.” There are many more stereotypes leading up to the stereotypes they have today within the criminal justice system. But, that’s not the only bad thing about the criminal justice system. People can’t find
