To qualify as a TSG Club, a club needs to complete the following:
Clubs need to update their club page on MTB by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 18, 2012. (Previous club leaders should have had new leadership given
build rights for the MTB club page. If not, contact Torrey Mann to obtain build rights
for MTB club page.)
Submit a Club Value Statement.
Clubs must have held elections for this trimester in the previous trimester one week
prior to final exams.
Clubs may opt out of being included on the funding allocation list if formal membership is not required. This will allow the club, at a minimum, to be active, have discussion boards, have access to the student body, and have a page on the club page on MTB.
To qualify for Student Allocated funding, a club needs to have 3% of the current student population allocate funding to your club.

A Club must demonstrate how it will add value to Thunderbird student body and how it will collaborate with the Thunderbird community. Please attach a copy of the club value statement (what value you plan to bring to the student body) to this application.

All events must be submitted, in writing on the Event Scheduling Form, to the Student Activities Chair or the TSG Office Manager 7 days prior to the event. The event will then be placed on the MTB master calendar. Facilities (room, Fish, lounge, etc.) must be booked with TSG
