Dear audience this paper is about a ridiculous rule that is now in place at Copper Hills High called the “quote un quote” attendance policy and having an after school job and how it affects attendance, responsibility and daily skills needed to make it in the real world.
Having a after school job is great and provides you with many of the necessary skills you will need when you have moved out and are all on your own. Skills you earn include financial stability, self worth and a greater understanding of the real world.
Having a job when youre in school will teach you how to be responsible by having to balance both school and work and also your personal life, I know that people might think that it is to hard for a teenager to balance all of this, but it is possible this fact is supported by outside resources.
Having an after school job while your still in school shows to your employer that are responsible and would be a great hire or would be suitable for a greater position in the company.
