Duty and ResponsibilitiesThe team provides insightful analysis of business, product and customer profitability to support decision making, the generation of shareholder valuable information, the generation of financial and management information. Specifically, the team leader will responsible in the area of:
1) Supervise, monitor and provide guidance to your team. Maximise team member productivity and performance to ensure staff drive for targeted goal, key performance indicators and quality objectives. We promote team collegiality and effectiveness.
2) Builds strong relationships or partnerships with customers both internally and externally. Our company has a strong and well known serving culture. Team leader require to influence and lead the team member the culture of the company.
3) Undertake the preparation and maintenance of all financial statementsCheck and review all types of voucher, data input and any document related to finance as well as accounting system data input.4) Finance planning and controlling and preparing all Group financial reportingPerform account and variance analysis and planning.Prepare debtors’ ageing analysis and report on collection status and overall revenue control.Prepare monthly commentaries, ad hoc reports and board papers.RelationshipsThis team is related to other finance team. Work closely with one another team may require.
