Citibank ServicesCitibank is a reliable bank it provides many services for their customers, they strive to give the best service they can to their customers. So of the services that are offered at Citibank are:Citi Identity Theft Solutions: if you ever fall a victim to identity they work to get the problem fixed. All you need to do is open a Citibank account or credit card account it’s offered free to all users. Online & Mobile Fraud Protection: protects you from any loss of unauthorized electronic funds transfers to your account. Again it’s free to all Citibank holders.You get account alerts which are free to Citibank account holders.The overdraft protection checking plus is $10 fee each day they cover an overdraft, which can help those that know they can be covered with this service.Overdraft protection safety check also a $10 fee each day they cover an overdraft which is linked to your Day-to-Day savings or money market account will transfers funds to your checking account if you’re overdrawn.Citibank’s SetbacksOne setback I see with Citibank is that they are not conveniently located. Here in Woodbridge, VA there was a location in Manassas, Fairfax, and Centreville. The other locations are in Alexandria, VA and there are maybe two in Washington, DC. Most of their locations are closing because the Manassas closed and then the Fairfax location closed early this month. It doesn’t make easy to go to the bank and have your banking needs taken care of when it takes 30 plus minutes to get to the bank. That all depends on the traffic. They need to have teller banking more accessible to their customers, if they don’t want their customers to go to a more convenient bank.
