A Christmas Carol is about a man called Ebenezer Scrooge who was mean ,
unhappy,unkind miser and had no friends.He doesnt know how to treasure
the things around him He hate christmas almost as much as he loved counting
his money.He is told by the ghost of Jacob Marley(Scrooges former
colleague)that he would be visit by three spirts:the ghost of Christmas past ,
the ghost of the Christmas present and the ghost of the Christmas future.After
these meetings he decided he must change his mind and start to love
everything around him , and not only his money . By the end he becomes a
much loved , friendy philanthropist.
Feelings:
I love the ending very much . I think the meaning behind it is very important.
We need to appreciate those around us more than material things and money.
This book is a outstanding story.I believe this ia an excellent book for many
reason.The pictures and the captions are also a big help to understand the
characters. He has learned to believe in and understand the ture meaning
of Christmas.I think not just him , but I think it taught me a lesson.I think A
Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens is a great book!
