COURSE ASSIGNMENTS AND WEIGHTINGS:Team Project and Presentation/Completion of Worksheet (35% of grade)Individual Leadership Presentation (30% of grade)Final Examination (35% of grade)TEAM PROJECT AND PRESENTATIONYou will be randomly assigned to a team that will work together for several weeks on a project that will culminate in a team presentation to the class later this semester. Team discussion boards will be created on Blackboard for your team’s use. Team presentations will be a maximum of 25 minutes long (not counting time for Q&A). Teams will receive written feedback from the rest of the class and from your instructor.  Each team member is required to actually present to the class on the assigned day.  The amount of time that each member presents in front of the class should be roughly equal. Team members will share the team’s grade with the following exceptions: Any team member who is absent for the presentation or does not present during the presentation will receive a grade of zero for the team presentation.  Complaints about freeloading behavior on the part of team members may also result in an unequal allocation of grades for this project and I reserve the right to make whatever determination in this regard that I deem warranted. Team members are responsible for keeping each other informed regularly, attending scheduled team meetings regularly and on-time, coming to such meetings prepared, and responding to each other’s phone calls, e-mails, text messages, and tweets in a timely manner.
