The Groups principal activity is to design and sell fashion clothing and accessories. The Group offers ready-to wear clothing, inner garments and sports wear for men and women. The Group also offers accessories such as bags, shoes, eye wear, perfumes, cosmetics, fashion jewellery and watches. The Group markets its products under the brand names Boss, Hugo and Baldessarin. The Group operates mainly in the United States, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
