At first, I thought this is some kind of a light-sailing story about a first romance. But I guess I judged the title too early, and realized while reading that it was indeed a depiction of the agonies of an unrequited first love.
Suspense. Thats what i felt while the story is still unfolding. Vladimirs search for Zinaidas true love provoked intense feelings of me. I pity Vladimir as well, because Zinaida and some of her suitors belittled and took advantage of him being the youngest and innocent of them. Vladimir even joins them in their difficult and often fruitless search for the young ladys favor, yet I am in awe of him, for his love is pure and child-like, but passionate. I have this extreme dislike of Zinaidas character, especially when it comes to her suitors and her every now and then changing attitude towards Vladimir.
As I go along the story, my attitude towards it changed. From thinking that Vladimirs love is innocent and doesnt even qualify for Zinaidaa attention, to innocent love is much sweeter and more romantic than gifts and kisses by the hand. Vladimirs pure love for the young Princess uplifted his character more than the other suitors (Count Malevsky, Doctor Lushin, Maidanoff, retired Captain Nirmatzky and Byelovzoroff the hussar). It even made me hope that Zinaida would like Vladimir in return, though I am suspecting that it is one of the suitors she was liking in the beginning. I blame it to her inconsistent in her affections towards her suitors, of which Vladimir is the one to whom she shows, the most affection.
In addition to its potential for love, the show has also brought a lot of different qualities to it. There seemed to be some interesting elements being taken away, the main reason being the introduction of a certain character. For instance, we see the female form. To be honest, I really wish a female character could really be fun. But for my character, this makes me angry. She feels that everyone needs a man that can love her, and as well, it’s not for everyone’s wants! In addition to that, the character of her has also brought some interesting aspects. The character seems to be that of a girl with a deep love of her, and she’s only 17. But there are, too, some interesting characters who may not be attractive to her. A girl with a deep love of her who had the courage to do something like this is also not necessarily a man. What is interesting is how the character of this 19-year-old has given a good insight into other women, too, so that a woman who is very different from her in personality might be able to handle many different situations with different personalities. In the end, I hope that this show has a good quality. Not too long after I got my hands touched, a man came here looking very interested in my character. He asked me for my character so that they could go back to Russia. His look was very romantic, and his intentions for me became clear during my visit. As a father, I decided to take him on and become closer to him. But his desire was too strong for today I am quite unhappy. However, in light of the nature of his problem, I did not think that he would like to go back to Russia after all. It seems that his interest was not for his child, nor for me, for that matter.
Another interesting aspect, and the only factor that helped the show to have a good quality is the music that the girls used. It was very refreshing to see this new genre of music playing. I really love music of this style. The girls are really creative in that way. They are so funny and the characters are really funny, that in the end the listeners were like, How can I be more like these girls? But they couldn’t help but feel nostalgic for their past and for the present. Although it’s a great show that uses music of this style to bring the message that this is a good thing that Russia is good now. I mean, I heard rumors that some people really don’t know who Anna is, and that people want to know who she is because they are still just in their minds.
